01 – What is DmL/Drawing My Life?
Currently is a story divided in two times: Present (what came first: DmL – Intro, followed by S1M01, S1M02 and currently S1M03) and Past (which started in mid-S1M02 for Patrons and at the end of, to the public. Currently has 5 chapters).
02 – What about that Ivy’s Christmas?
It was released in December as the first Spin-off of the franchise, since until that time, she was voted the favorite character (from S1M01) of the players. Beatrice was the MVC from S1M02 (next one will be with her? Maybe). At the same time that it IS connected to the Present, it’s NOT. It can be said that it’s a parallel story as there are things about the past and the present that I couldn’t fill a spin-off with spoilers about what I intend to do, I could only use what the player already knew at that moment. So it depends on your point of view.
03 – Then it all started in Intro and during the S1M02 past came. Isn’t that confusing?
If you are new here it may seem so, but it isn’t. Understand that first I wanted to show the present, who the MC is “now” and the player is free to go shape him in his own way with your desired choices during the course of the story. Just like life, what happened in your past, happened, you can’t change, but the present need choices, actions, tastes, personality… It’s a way I see of helping the player to connect from their self and become one with the protoganist. “Drawing my iife” (have other reasons for the name). During the game you will notice that since Intro the Past was already something premeditated, starting with flashes about it. Also at the end of S1M01. So at S1M02 I realized that it was time to start working on this since I had already raised the questions and curiosities that I wanted to wake up. “Why is he sometimes like this and sometimes not?” “Why is he sometimes such an asshole?” “Why is he sometimes so strange, weird?”… It was time to raise other questions and to make understand the philosophy that I preach from the beginning of the project, everything has a reason. No one is or does what he does without a reason. Like me and you and other people, we go through certain shits in our lives that make us who we are today, as well as successes, because nothing comes down only to failures. Who are we to judge?
04 – Do you want to write a book? A self-help book? Wasn’t it supposed to be an erotic game/story?
A book?This project has nothing to do with a book. Self-help? Nah. Never. I just think if we just want to fap there are websites for this. Pro, amateurs, roleplay, 3d, toons, ffm, mmf, mm, ff… All genres and types you can imagine. If you decide to look for a game, just like other games you look for entertainment. That is, you seek entertainment beyond the fap. And if you think otherwise, I’m not here to judge you, but you should think better about it. 05 – But there are many games that the main focus is the fap. So?
There’s nothing wrong with that, but it’s not my beach. The most famous aren’t like that. I’m not doing something focused just for this, but rather something for the player to disconnect from the world around them. Have a good experience without leaving home.
06 – But The Sims 4 with Mod? Really? You even don’t use the higher graphic or some mods that improve the appearance of the characters.
I’m using what I can. More mods, more lag. If I could work with DAZ or Zbrush (which is what I intend in the future), I would be doing it. But a simple image without a scene takes 3 hours to render on my computer, so the problem would be updates with little content and no animations. So I prefer the problem that allows me to produce more.
07 – Right, so in short, what can I expect from the story?
Present: Everything is completely skippable if that is your wish, but I assure you that you will not understand anything of what is happening. Mainly from the end of S1M02 I’ve put an option for you to skip characters that you don’t like and/or choose which events you want to see from S1M03. And there are pretty much sex scenes every day in the game and there are 5 days per version. Some days there are 2 sex events, but I will change that.
Past: It’s deeper, there are not as many sex scenes as the Present. Much more text and pictures. For those whho like to read and want to know about your own past, I mean MC past.
08 – I like futanaris and I saw that there are some in this project. It’s true?
There are none. 0. No futanari or hermaphrodite. Any cock and pussy in the same character. But crossdresser and transsexual. Maybe in the future someone operated. What means someone who had surgery to turn the penis into a vagina, not to put a pussy near the cock.
09 – Why the game isn’t at your Patreon page?
After two and a half years of work, a member of the Patreon team threatened to ban me, due to tags that were not related to sexual content, but to the story of the game. Example: “Corruption”, in the story shows a corrupted government, mobsters and blablabla. “Hypnosis”, the main character loses part of his memory due to a secret hypnosis and then recovers thanks to an alien “hypnosis” and blablabla. If you want to know the details, you can ask DM at the discord and I tell you the whole story of how a member of Patreon Team used me with futile reasons to show service to his bosses. In the end I would either erase everything related to the game or he would ban me from Patreon.
